I am an enthusiastic and dedicated person, I am also hard working, I have experience in engineering and Manufacturing. I have good practical hands on skills and I like to keep busy all the time. I enjoy physical work and jobs that involve moving about.

Metal Polisher at Brookeson Material Handling (2025-04-28 – 2026-02-13)

• I grind and sand stainless parts of bulk containers.
• I polish with abrasive wheel and sanding disks.
• I also use linishing belts.
• I use lathe polishing machines as well.
• As well as polishing I clean welds with a Tig brush.

Metal Polisher/Section Bender at Widney Manufacturing (2020-09-28 – 2025-04-28)

• I polish aluminium frames by sanding them down with a sand block.
• The frames I sand down are for Caterpillar.
• I linish 50 frames a day and I use sand paper to get rid of dents.
• I also do some grinding.
• As well as linishing I do section bending.

CNC Setter/Operator at Accles and Pollock (2018-03-05 – 2020-02-04)

• I worked on Mazatrol lathes and Mills.
• I made parts for jet engines on Rolls Royce Aerospace e.g flanges and flaps.
• Besides operating I did changeovers, changing tools and selecting programs e.g clicking work N/O.
• I used cmm, verniers and micrometres to measure parts.
• I machined a exotic metal such as inconel.
• I deburr parts after they been machined.

CNC Operator at Accles and Pollock (2017-01-03 – 2018-03-02)

CNC Operator at Alucast Ltd (2017-01 – 2018-03)

• I worked on a mixture of Lathes, VMC and mills, the machines I worked on were Haas and Siemens.
• I machined small and medium size parts for Aston and Lotus.
• I machined aluminium and I ran two machines at the same time.
• I used plug gauge to measure and I deburred parts.
• At the end of the shift I cleared the swarf from the machine.

CNC Machinist at Caparo (2015-02 – 2015-10)

• I have worked at Caparo as a CNC Machinist and I machined gas pipes.
• I used verniers, micrometres and gauges to measure the parts and I also use CMM.
• I mainly do turning and the machines I work on are the lathes.
• I have made threads in the nuts and machined both sides of the segment front, back and inside.

Agency at Rectifier

• I removed rusts from a metal tube using wire brush, sand paper and scourer.
