HR Talent Acquisition Specialist, PVH, London March 2021 - Present
Responsible for talent sourcing and relationship building. Including HR Operations and Admin for new starters o Sourcing, screening, organising interviews/appointments and interviewing potential candidates, following through with a full 360 hiring process. Using LinkedIn Recruiter and various job boards / CV databases and ATS with excel spreadsheets to track and update vacancies and showcase project data and KPI’s. When necessary, using and communicating with agencies and other external parties.
o I maintain the ‘go-to’ status for any recruitment queries andowning the dedicated Talent inbox for HR queries with timely replies, training, and solutions. Training new members of the team and being a ‘WorkDay Champion’ and ‘Talent Expert’ in training sessions. Engaging in best practices and guidance.
o Working alongside HR Ops for new locations and HR Admins, L&D and Payroll to ensure a smooth onboarding process for retention of new employees.
o Working alongside team members and on solo projects to improve processes and fill vacancies: creating project work, adapting to the business needs and floating ideas for upcoming opportunities (WD clean ups/disposition reasoning/reporting and other projects). Using knowledge from stores to implement change in HO ways of working and mapping clear progression pathways to improve internal mobility such as HO roles and our weekly internal newsletter, along with using information to enhance our Talent to Onboarding and off-boarding processes.
