I work in the hospitality industry for 20+ years as a shift manager and a head chef. I'm also completing my teaching assistant qualification level three as I do love teaching and training and learning how different people learn and train. I also do voluntary work with the Girlguiding as a rainbow leader for two different units where I live which has made me learn different behaviours working with people and children with ADHD, autism, dyslexic and other learning difficulties and behaviours.
