Charles is a legal practitioner with extensive experience in corporate law, corporate structuring, technology, labor, litigation, and government regulations. He is also a Certified Innovation Professional, a published author in law journals and magazines, and a law professor. He was the Philippines’ 2021 Global Student Entrepreneur of the Year, and has been recognized by the Asian Development Bank, the United Nations Development Programme, the Araneta Foundation, and the Ten Outstanding Youth Organizations of the Philippines for his various innovative and groundbreaking initiatives.
I have advised for a congressional office, a multinational telecommunications tower company, a Fortune 500 company, an award-winning civil society organization focused in good governance, and various SMEs in the Philippines.
Prior to taking my Master in Public Policy in the London School of Economics under a Chevening Scholarship, I completed my Master of Science in Innovation and Business in the Asian Institute of Management (the top business school in the Philippines) as its Aboitiz Scholar and my Juris Doctor in San Beda University (one of the top law schools in the Philippines).
