My name is Charley Topping, I'm 18 years old and I am a highly driven, passionate individual with the ultimate aim of growing my career in social media marketing and management. Due to being brought up in the ever-growing age of technology, I am extremely savvy with my smart phone, and I believe social media is the driving force of our daily lives. We experience all things via the medium of socials, specifically Instagram and TikTok.

An experience that furthered my interest in this sector was a trip to South Africa volunteering in local communities, visiting schools and orphanages, opening my eyes to a culture I've never experienced before. I absorbed the vibrant lifestyles and captured a variation of photos and videos of the people we had the pleasure to meet and help. Most memorably, the women and girls we spoke to about period poverty and shared cultural fashion trends with.

The womanhood in the places we visited has altered my view on the world and highlighted the way females carry themselves through empowerment and the love of others.

• Keep the hospital as clean as possible to ensure the best care is provided for patients and visitors in the hospital to reduce chances of the spread of infection
