I’ve been Involved in Project Managing for over thirteen years, successfully running my own business, five of which delivering larger scale domestic schemes. I have transferred my skills to my current role as a Commercial Project Manager.

Throughout my career, I have developed a passion for project management, excelling in overseeing all phases of a project from planning to completion. My expertise lies in procurement, budgeting, and scheduling, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard. I thrive on collaborating with diverse teams and addressing complex challenges to achieve exceptional results.

In my current role with an MEP contractor, I have successfully managed a range of projects, including:

• Healthcare, particularly Paediatric Theatres at Stepping Hill Hospital: Overseeing heating, air conditioning, domestic systems, and medical gas installations.
• Education - Heating Distribution Refurbishment: Managing upgrades at multiple schools across the Northwest, including gas guard systems and plant rooms.
• Hospitality - Ventilation, AC, drainage, heating and domestic to some Interesting buildings in the northwest.

My dedication to quality, efficiency, and stakeholder satisfaction has been integral to my success in delivering impactful and sustainable projects.
