National 5 Practical Cookery course was involved with college, we took 3 trips to the college restaurant and our class worked in the restaurant for the whole day.

• I developed skills such as serving, waiting and time keeping.
• We got taught and performed setting a table properly and fully.
• Coffee machine use and drink serving was included with our experience.
