At IBM, I’ve led design projects for products like App Connect and Watsonx Orchestrate, and currently work on Event Automation. I specialise in aligning product and engineering through collaborative strategy, data-driven decisions, and fast-paced problem solving.
I'm a certified Enterprise Design Thinking Coach and passionate about designing tools that make things easier and more meaningful. Long-term, I aim to design something that helps save lives; which draws me to mission-led sectors like healthcare, defence, and public safety.
I’m a UX Designer with over 5 years of experience designing intuitive, scalable solutions across complex enterprise technologies; including AI, automation, blockchain, and data integration. At IBM, I’ve led the design of several SaaS products, including App Connect, Watson Orchestrate, and Event Automation. My focus has always been on end-to-end product design, from research to delivery, with a strong emphasis on collaboration, strategy, and Enterprise Design Thinking.
I thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments where clarity matters and ambiguity is the norm. I love turning complex problems into simple, meaningful experiences; especially through workshops, user insights, and close partnerships with engineers and PMs. I’m also passionate about mentoring early-career designers and working on mission-driven products that make a real difference in people’s lives.
I completed a BSc (Hons) in Product Design & Technology at Loughborough University , which included a year-long industry placement focused on UX, front-end development, and visual design. During my studies, I explored user-centred design principles, prototyping, accessibility, and human-computer interaction, with a strong emphasis on practical, real-world application. My final year project focused on improving communication tools for motorcycle police officers; blending research, design, and impact in a mission-led context.
Additionally, I’m a certified IBM Enterprise Design Thinking Coach after undertaking the relevant training, education and practical application required for the course.
