My current role is within the bar industry and have previous experience in kitchen and bar management. I have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and can work excellently as part of a team or individually. I have experience of working with many customers queries and complaints.
I have experience preparing and serving food, alcoholic beverages including wine, craft beer and cocktails to 500-1000 customers a night, I also have experience maintaining a clean, organised and well stocked bar area by managing inventory and unloading delivery, frequent bar closes and kitchen closes.
