I enjoy spending my free time in the mountains, climbing and hiking. I found my love and passion for the outdoors when I moved to North Wales 2 years ago, Its where I can relax, read and explore and no other place gives me the free and happy feeling that being outdoors gives me.

As well as my physical hobbies I am also a lover of crafts, weather it be colouring, sewing, embroidery or pottery I love testing my creative side and trying something new, especially during the winter times when the weather isn't that great for hiking and climbing.

2023-2025 Head Waitress

I worked as a waitress and within 1 year I got promoted to head waitress where my duties included serving customers, managing staff, ordering stock, taking bookings over the phone, managing seating plans.

2025-2026 Adventure Co-Ordinator

During this time I worked at Zipworld as a high ropes instructor, where I took groups up to height and gave them safety briefings and demonstrations of how the course works. Part of this role was also coaching individuals who were anxious or scared of heights, whether that be talking them through the course 1-1 or actually helping them hands on and going around the course with them, offering support throughout their full experience.

2025-2026 Go Outdoors Store Colleague

As a Store Colleague at GO Outdoors, I provided excellent customer service by assisting customers with product recommendations, handling transactions, and maintaining store standards. I developed strong product knowledge across a range of outdoor equipment and clothing, gaining a clear understanding of how different products are used so I could confidently recommend suitable options to customers based on their needs. I also worked as part of a team to ensure shelves were stocked, displays were organised, and customers had a positive shopping experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
