I am currently working at Britelite Windows in Maidstone as the Service Manager. I have held this particular role since 2014, but I have worked at Britelite since 2011. In 2018, I left Britelite on maternity leave, when I returned 9 months later, I was placed in the same position only on 3 full days a week.

Due to the location of Britelite and the full-on responsibility of such a department, I do not feel I can continue this role moving forward as it really does involve more than the 22 hours I am contracted. I am looking for a similar position within the busy customer service environment but closer to home within slightly less responsibility than the Manager of a very busy department. I consider myself to be extremely hardworking and very proud of my work.

I work well on my own, but also enjoy being part of a team. I believe myself to be friendly and approachable and do enjoy new challenges to get stuck into.

Starting as a service Co-Ordinator, I feel this has given me the valuable insight to the whole service department. I have better understand of the issues and stresses found by the admin and booking staff in a busy service department.

• As Service Co-Ordinator: responsible for logging and booking incoming service calls, arranging rebooking appointments for jobs, responding to customer queries via telephone and email, liaising with suppliers and other departments, printing engineers work ready for collection, ordering parts required for appointments and general admin duties
• As Service Manager: Responding to customer complaints, discussing the matters with empathy and finding a resolve for them
• Actioning the returned engineer's paperwork, ensuring any issues after a visit had been handled
• Quoting for chargeable work
• Attending meetings
• Overseeing the whole department, including 5 office staff and 6 service engineers in the field
• Completing observations and reviews with staff
• Responsible for any disciplinary meetings for staff
• Complying reports requested by the directors using figures within the department
• Responsible for reporting back any re-occurring issues with fitting or manufacture faults

• Dealing with policy holders, third party insurers/solicitors, Enterprise-rent-a-car, garages and other companies relevant to the completion of an insurance claim

Customer Service Assistant/Team Leader Administrator - Sainsbury's Maidstone - Maidstone

I began at Sainsbury's as a customer service assistant. I gained just under 2 years' experience as cashier on the tills, providing customers with a friendly and enthusiastic service. In May 2009, I was given a promotion and I moved to Commercial as a team leader. My reasons for leaving were that I felt there was not a career for me at Sainsbury's, so I decided to move on to an office-based job where I could further my career in this environment.

• As Customer Service Assistant: Cashier on the tills, providing customers with a friendly and enthusiastic service, occasionally taking on supervisory roles including dealing with money, counting the contents of the tills and planning and scheduling the running of checkouts for the day
• As Team Leader: Working in the office organising, ordering and putting out the advertisement for the shop
• Dealing with daily price changes or incorrect price tickets for the store
• Helping out in the cash office counting the daily takings and inputting figures to create a till result
• Taking daily customer calls, transferring calls and helping those who call in and others in the store

In July 2006 I did a week's work experience at Thomas Cook the Travel Agency. I watched and followed the Travel Agents as a shadow to gain knowledge of a day in the life of a Travel Agent.
