Charlotte Oxenham is an Artist that specialises in realistic portraiture and landscapes created by various art mediums such as paints, pencils and digital applications. Charlotte is a Fine Art graduate, studied at Staffordshire University in Stoke-on-Trent (2016-2020). Practicing for over 8 years, she creates mostly pencil and painting studies that capture emotion and likeness in any image that focuses on people or surroundings.
The key aspects of her practice are unique hashing techniques that seem linear up close but form a realistic image from afar. Specialises in Framed or Canvas imagery, wall murals and illustrations. Has worked with MTV, multiple galleries and authors for book illustrations.
I was commissioned by MTV’s social media manager in 2021 to create a large customised painting of their celebrity red carpet version of the Last Supper Painting. This was great experience working with a huge company and exceeding their needs.
Although I have been drawing and painting for the last 8 years, I have been professionally been doing personal commissions for customers for 2 years. All requests are completed successfully and make the customer very happy with the work I produce.
My artwork has been displayed in multiple galleries such as the Eden Tearooms and Galleries in Wigan, The Macclesfield Silk Museum and Staffordshire University Exhibitions.
