Work Experience which took place 2 weeks in my half term. Throughout the two weeks at Boots I helped with various jobs including stocking shelves throughout the day, dealing with deliveries, talking to customers and offering them the chance to join the advantage card system, worked as a team with other staff members and also helped out on the makeup counters helping customers get the right products for them. I gained a number of key skills throughout my work experience at Boots these included working as a team, being able to communicate with customers and understanding the key aspects of working in retail.
