Charlotte Simm

I am a first-class Textile Design Graduate from the University of Edinburgh. I have recently completed my final year collection which focuses on the importance of craftsmanship and cherishing both timeless techniques, such as beading and painting, as well as valued memories. Inspiration was drawn from treasured moments captured within tickets and photographs.

Embellishing and intricately drawing these was an important way to showcase their significance. These drawings and pieces were then developed into digitally printed scarves which are accompanied by bespoke hand-beaded labels. I am excited to contribute to the ever-expanding design industry and continually refine my skills and knowledge.
