Charlotte Williams

I am a qualified level 2 nursery assistant. I have spent over 5 years volunteering in a nursery. I love working with younger children as watching them grown and lear is something I’m very passionate about. I have worked with children from 6 weeks old to 16 years old. I have some knowledge of SEND as I have a younger brother with autism and ADHD. I have spent every weekend since I was 15 babysitting younger family members and helping them with homework and learning to read and write and count.

I volunteered at tiny tots nursery after school and during summer holidays from 2015-2020.

I did an apprenticeship with the YMCA from November 2022 - February 2023.

I have been babysitting and tutoring family members since 2015

I have recently completed a level 2 in introduction to caring for children and young people with Walsall college. During this I learnt about first aid and food preparation. I also learned about how play helps a child’s development.
