I have been working with the public in one way or another for all of my working life. I have excellent communication and conflict resolution skills. I am good at multitasking and timekeeping and thrive in high stress situations.
I have previous Retail experience in a local corner shop, covering a variety of tasks. I was later employed by Gwent police as a community support officer where I broadened my knowledge of working with local communities and the public. I then worked with Prison and Probation as a trainee probation officer.
My experiences are somewhat vast but marginally transferable, I am very good at defusing situations and due to my current and previous roles I am very good at working with the public.
