I have vast IT experience working to ISO and ITIL best practice standards. My key skills being in account administration and privileged access management for several applications, databases and operating systems alongside Active directory and Microsoft Exchange on both server and cloud-based platforms and have worked with many in-house applications. I am used to working under pressure, managing workload and meeting deadlines, familiar with escalation processes, problem solving and have worked with auditing requirements.
I have participated in writing procedural documentation and its maintenance. My approach is methodical, paying close attention to detail.
