With a bachelor's degree in Textile and Clothing Engineering, complemented by over five years of hands-on experience in Merchandising, Product Development, and Garment Technology, I am eager to apply my skills and knowledge to contribute effectively to sustainable development. My robust background in the textile industry, coupled with a passion for innovation and quality.

With a diverse background in the apparel industry, I have gained extensive experience in various roles. My recent position as a Retail Assistant at Primark involved ensuring an appealing shop floor presentation and providing efficient service at till points. Additionally, I served as a Visiting Lecturer at The Open University of Sri Lanka, contributing to students' education in textile-related subjects.

In my role as a Product Development Merchandiser at MAS Holdings for the Soma Intimates brand, I coordinated sample development, managed order progress, and created comprehensive Tech Packs. As a Garment Technologist for MAS Holdings Linea Aqua, I interpreted customer specifications, conducted fittings, and contributed to the garment construction process, showcasing my expertise in transforming design concepts into practical patterns. My career reflects a strong foundation in retail, education, and product development within the apparel and textile manufacturing sector.
