I've worked as a trained barister, server and cook for just over 3 years. I love working at Humphrey's however it is time for me to move on now. I prepared hot and cold drinks including specialty coffees, cocktails and other beverages on events.

I have provided friendly and efficient customer service at the till and on tables, I handed cash and card payments and was responsible for the cash ups at the end of the day and the flow for the next days, I maintained a clean work area and followed all hygiene standards, and worked effectively with my other team members to ensure a smooth day. I was also responsible for stock lists and cleaning down and opening up. I have my level 2 food and safety certificate.

I am also a team leader and manager on a Sunday which was the one day where I lead the cafe. I worked through holidays and bank holidays including Xmas eve and Easter as I am a dedicated and loyal employee. At Humphrey's we had many regulars that would come in on a daily basis and I begun to make many relationships with those regulars.
