About

I am a compassionate and reflective professional whose life and work have been guided by a deep commitment to understanding and supporting others. My journey has taken me from early communication roles and healthcare settings into education, pastoral care, and now counselling. Having experienced personal loss and transformation, I have developed a profound respect for the resilience of the human spirit and the importance of being truly heard.

My years working in schools, caring roles, and voluntary end-of-life counselling have shown me the power of empathy, presence, and unconditional positive regard. Now completing my Graduate Certificate in Counselling Skills at the University of Salford, I am ready to deepen my practice through the Counselling PGDip — building on my academic, personal, and professional experience to help others navigate change and meaning in their lives.
