I am a highly organised, focused individual with a proven track record of excellent customer service. I take a holistic approach to liaising with colleagues and customers, knowing that tone of voice, body language and presentation is key to making a good first impression. I know the importance of approaching each person individually and I realise that every person is different and their needs should be treated in a personal manner.
I am flexible in my approach to work and pay meticulous attention to detail. I have qualifications and experience in retail, waitressing and hairdressing, but I am very keen to expand my experience into other areas and sectors. My time keeping and attendance are excellent and I am very eager to undertake any further training.
I know that communication is key when working in such a role. I also know how to listen to the customer, keep a calm environment and put the customer at ease. I'm not afraid to get stuck in to tasks or get my hands dirty and I love seeing results and reaching the end goal with my high cleaning standards.
