As someone who has worked in customer facing roles, I am passionate about delivering excellent customer service whilst also being a friendly and engaging person to work with. I have many years experience within retail and call centre work, always with customer satisfaction as a goal. I have experience with opening and closing of buildings safely, ensuring that all tasks have been completed and the building is as secure as possible whilst being on call to deal with any issues that may arise. I have experience with cashing up tills at the end of the day and making sure everything is counted and recorded properly.
I have retail experience involving serving customers, helping customers with any queries or issues they might have in a friendly and proffesional manner, stocking of products to ensure the customers can get what they are looking for where possible whilst also maintaining high standards of cleanliness and tidiness within the premises so customers feel happy and confident within the establishment knowing its clean and tidy.
I have recently qualified in First Aid at Work, and I have put this to use many times effectively and safely. I earned this qualification through my work as Operations Supervisor at The Falkirk Stadium (Falkirk Council) where I have been for over a year.
I have a NQ qualification in Travel and Tourism I received from Forth Valley College.
