- Working autonomously providing advice and guidance to management and HR in the management of sickness absence and case management with occupational health representation at sickness absence meetings.
- Implement and manage effective health screening procedures to include health assessments and health surveillance programs.
- Conduct drug and alcohol testing for pre-employment and health assessment medicals.
- Assess welfare needs of individuals and refer to counselling support or advice in accordance with recognized professional codes of practice.
- Provide occupational health services at two sites in Redditch and Kings Norton.
