Throughout my career, I developed specialty on residential, office architecture and large-scale mixed-use masterplanning projects.
From 2011-2012, I started spearheading design direction at Arata Isozaki &
Associates in Shanghai, managing internal team dynamics and facilitating client communications.
At Leigh and Orange Architects in Hong Kong from 2013-2017, I progressed from Architect to Associate, leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering large-scale projects, including Transit-Oriented Developments in Shenzhen and Hangzhou with total gross floor area exceeding 1,000,000 sqm.
As Co-founder of AaaM Architects from 2017-2022, I scaled the office,
overseeing diverse projects in master planning, architecture, and interior design. I led client negotiations, managed internal operations, design directions, and directed cross-functional teams, collaborating with prestigious clients like Vanke, Swire, and K11 on projects valued up to RMB
3.5 million.
Proficient in team leadership over a span of 9 years, directing a team of
4-6 colleagues in the delivery of masterplan, architecture, interior, and installation designs.
