• During my time at cineworld I have learned the importance of customer service and working in a fast paced environment.
• My role entails cleaning screens quickly and efficiently before movies begin so that our customers can have the best possible experience with us
• Serving customers on concessions would be always completed in a fast paced manner however still making sure to handle the customer with care and great customer service
• Cineworld allowed me to practice flexibility of having multiple tasks to complete in a short period of time which is beneficial in busy environments
• Dealing with cash handling, food and healthy and safety with food, cleaning has been the key factors in making sure I am successful at my job here
