Aegis chem logistics Limited, Mahul village (MBPT Mumbai). Mumbai First independent integrated Gas terminal, have obtained, ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 certification. Lab chemist one year Seven months experience and Operations and Management Oil & Gas sector.

• To analyse various components, present in a mixture of LPG and perform test like Copper Corrosion Strip and Caustic Test.
• Currently handling Nucon (5765) Gas Chromatogram (GC) which separates different components from a mixture.
• Maintain all glassware and clean the surface area of laboratory.
• To Water analysis COD, BOD, TDS Hardness of water MLSS, MVLSS, TSS Oil and gas separation in water TBC (total bacteria count) PH, Chlorin, sulphate etc.
• To handle Gas chromatography instrument with care. To operate all procedure with SOP.
• Revised the SOP
• Documentation of LPG analysis report.
• Analyse and interpret test results.
• Hazard identification, risk analysis, risk assessment, job safety analysis, and HAZOP and 5S study of critical jobs for safe Operation preparing, reviewing, and updating.
• Onsite emergency plan, gas & fire detections, fire hydrant deluge sprinklers, monitors, water curtains, fire extinguishers, ESD, monitoring of explosive limits by gas meter (GDS - Gas Detector System).
• Maintaining Books stock record.
• Control and operating procedure. Inventory and utility record.
