Providing support to 16-35-year-olds in supported living with social needs, providing a safe environment and supporting them to rehouse or live independently and referring to other organisations for specialist support

• Making sure the residents comply to the rules and regulations whilst living in the home
• Working in the office answering phone calls from parents, social workers and other professionals
• Communicating and logging all the calls and referring issues to manager
• Using computers to record any rent, maintenance, health and safety tasks, incidents or recording any information about the resident's situation or appointments
• Making sure all data protection and GDPR is followed in sharing of information
• Room checks on the residents living and communal areas
• Cleaning common area, wiping surfaces using a range of products, hovering flooring and toilets, replenishing hand lotions and toilet rolls
• Working alongside the residents to promote activities such as cooking and activities
• Working a range of shifts to meet the needs of the home
