I have had experience in reception and admin work, I was a receptionist at big motoring world. Within this role I dealt with phone calls, booking ins and ensuring the customers were always fully satisfied.
i have had over 5 years of retail experience also. Carrying out many rolls such as, working on tills, customer service, cash handling, dealing with deliveries, re merchandising, exchanges and refunds.
