Having lived with severe allergies my entire life, I am passionate about raising awareness and improving understanding around anaphylaxis and allergy management. A few years ago I created PeanutFreeZone, a platform dedicated to educating others, sharing resources, and challenging common misconceptions about allergies. I am driven, empathetic, and committed to making a positive difference in people's lives.

I am an experienced hospitality professional with several years of customer-facing work, where I developed strong communication skills, resilience, and the ability to work effectively with people from all backgrounds. Alongside my hospitality experience, I have completed voluntary training with the YMCA to support young people, as well as a range of online courses to broaden my knowledge and skills.
