I am a pastry chef with a passion for making delicious, creative and complex pastries, bread and confectionary. I have experience in working with teams and customer service, skilled in developing and presenting various desserts, pastries and breads to a professional standard with the eagerness to learn more and further develop skills. I have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
I am able to follow recipes precisely to ensure consistent quality, however, I am also creative and enjoy exploring new flavours and designs. I am currently completing my level 3 patisserie and confectionary qualification in SERC Lisburn.
