My problem solving skills are excellent and I have the ability to communicate my thoughts clearly and precisely, a reliable person and will never let a team down. I have an experience in fast passes environment and customer service based roles. I have also worked for a printing service warehouse called BLP which is based in Benton Newcastle.

Where I packed boxes for high end brands and load pallets ready for our delivery trucks too collect. I currently work as a team leader at the Old Vicarage Care Home holding an nvq qualification level 3 in adult social care. I am always willing to progress higher and learn and explore new adventures

Senior Care Assistant - HC One-Gateshead - Gateshead

I work as a senior care assistant at spring field house, my current duties are, administering medication, taking part in personal care needs, delivering high quality of care, organising trips for residents, leading a weekly doctors ward round, continence care for residents. Peg feeding. I take care of care plans and assessments.

Organising staff when sickness has occurred. I take lead of alll paper work and booking in monthly medication. I was in charge of a group of carers throughout the day to ensure that all residents were getting the correct level of care with high quality.

I spoke with all different local authorities that was needed within the home and outside authorities needed such as gps, mental health team, social workers, public transport. Options, arranging appointments for residents and arranging home visits.

As a Team Leader in a dementia care home I play a key role in ensuring residents receive safe, person-centred care while also supervising care staff and supporting my management team. My responsibilities usually combine leadership, care delivery, communication, and compliance.

• Lead and supervise care assistants and support staff during shifts.
• Allocate tasks and ensure staff follow the care plans for each resident.
• Provide guidance, mentoring, and support to team members.

In my Job role I had responsibilities of ensuring that all service users had the appropriate level of care, such as personal care which would be showering, continence care maintaining they kept a good oral hygiene. My job also involved, meal preparation, shopping, housework, bill paying normal day to day routines and ensuring that my service users stayed as independent as possible and enjoying life to their best of their ability.

Senior Care Assistant - Akari care - Wallsend

In this job role I was responsible for all phone calls taken with GPS, hospitals, family members, arranging transport. I was also responsible for any medications that needed booked in and signed in for. All paper work that came in after the hours of 4:30pm I was required to complete. I was in charge of 6 carers and ensuring that all carers were assigned to take to ensure that residents were getting the best quality of care. And the care home was ran smoothly.

Domestic Cleaner - Walker gate hospital - Wallsend

Ensuring all areas were clean of the hospital, all floors were swept and buffered with buffering machine. Emptying all bins and clinical waste bins. Ensuring that carpets were hovered. And everything was stocked up for use the next day. Ensuring all waste was disposed of correctly.
