Where I packed boxes for high end brands and load pallets ready for our delivery trucks too collect. I currently work as a team leader at the Old Vicarage Care Home holding an nvq qualification level 3 in adult social care. I am always willing to progress higher and learn and explore new adventures
Senior Care Assistant - HC One-Gateshead - Gateshead
I work as a senior care assistant at spring field house, my current duties are, administering medication, taking part in personal care needs, delivering high quality of care, organising trips for residents, leading a weekly doctors ward round, continence care for residents. Peg feeding. I take care of care plans and assessments.
Organising staff when sickness has occurred. I take lead of alll paper work and booking in monthly medication. I was in charge of a group of carers throughout the day to ensure that all residents were getting the correct level of care with high quality.
I spoke with all different local authorities that was needed within the home and outside authorities needed such as gps, mental health team, social workers, public transport. Options, arranging appointments for residents and arranging home visits.
