Currently I am working at The Kimpton Clocktower Hotel. I really enjoy my work in customer service and being a part of the events team. I work with a range of people and encounter new people everyday. My work involves setting up events, interacting with hotel guests, operating cloakrooms, waiting, bartending and more. I have learnt a range of skills from this job position but I am looking to move to a different position within a hotel.
My experience in hospitality is impressive as I have worked in many different areas. I am fully trained on bar areas and bartending, as well as wine waiting. I am also confident in my ability in asssiting to set up large scale events. In addition, due to my many years in the industry I am confident around guests, and customer areas, but continue to strive to improve.
I achrived an A in photography at A-Level as well as a B in Medis Studies and a C in Businesd Studies.
