• Served many customers as front of house, highlighting my ability to provide good customer service even under high pressure in rush times and manage working calmly, efficiently and maintaining a well organised environment.
• Worked well in a team with other servers and chefs.
• Kept the area clean, presentable and well stocked throughout my shifts and am easily adaptable to different situations.
• Created a welcoming atmosphere by regularly checking in with customers to ensure they are comfortable and happy.
• Handled cash payments through the till aswell as card payments on technology online.
• Helped manage the social media of the cafe, helping to ensure the business is positively presented to the public.
