I am a hardworking and dedicated University student looking for a part time position in hospitality to enhance my current hospitality skills. I have 3 years experience as a catering staff member at Colchester Zoo where I have worked in cafes and quick service restaurants. Here I have learnt valuable skills that I can bring to this position such as customer service, team work, adaptability and time management.

I also managed cafes on my own, using my initiative to give the customer their best experience during their visit at the zoo where I have also had to develop my ability to resolve customer issues which may have arisen during their visit. I enjoy being independent so I believe having a job whilst I spend my time here in Lincoln as a University student will give me more to strive for and increase my independence.
