Throughout my football coaching and personal sporting activities and employment within different industries, I have developed a logical approach to tasks and the ability to work under pressure. I can work and deliver exceptional results and fit easily into any business or sporting organisation. I have a combination of skills and experience from two professional careers as a HSE safety professional and a professional goalkeeping coach.

My main strengths are adaptability, dependability, and the determination to get a job done as proven by my varied work experiences in marine construction, offshore industries, and football industry.

Health & Safety Golf Resort EHS Specialist at Old Course Hotel, St Andrews (2024-01 – Present)

I rejoined the Old Course hotel after returning to Scotland due to my father's illness. My current role covers many areas within the health and safety area of the business. One of my main responsibilities is for the resorts employees which in the summer exceeds 500 associates and the hotels guest/client's safety whilst they are using any of the resort's facilities.

• Responsible for all departmental safety training, employee induction training, maintaining the safety of all the Old Course assets, risk assessments/SOPS COSHH assessments
• Prioritise fire safety by ensuring regular fire risk assessments of all assets, keeping policies and fire risk assessments up to date as per fire regulations and supporting fire audits from the Scottish fire service
• Part of the green team which looks after the sustainability, wellbeing and biodiversity of the hotel and local environment
• Chair the monthly health and safety meeting with the executive board and other senior leaders
• Serve as a focal point for the hotel during major golf tournaments including the Dunhill Links tournament and the Open Championship

Goalkeeping Academy coach / senior squad goalkeeping coach / schools goalkeeping coach at CDV Albox Football Club (2021-08 – 2023-06)

My role as the club's goalkeeping coach was varied and included overseeing the running of the club's goalkeeping academy from the administration side. This was a new project for the club after coming through administration due to financial restraints. As part of the club's commitment to the local town community, the club also provided coaching to the local schools within the area.

• Planned academy and first team goalkeeping sessions, conducted required meetings with coaches and board members and ordered new equipment
• Responsible for coaching youth and senior goalkeepers aged 7/8 years up to 18 years of age
• Delivered a minimum of 6 coaching sessions per week
• Planned all sessions prior to each week starting
• Attended various coaches' meetings every week and meetings with the club owner and head of academy
• Attended youth games to watch and analyse youth goalkeepers or organised meetings to review match videos and discuss performances

Professional women's goalkeeper coach at Dundee United Football Club (2023 – Present)

When I was at Dundee United football club as their professional women's goalkeeping coach I developed and execute specialized, high-performance training sessions tailored to modern match demands. Due to the club not having a salary for this role or paying an expense, I must work elsewhere full-time.

• Integrated the goalkeeper game model, working closely with the rest of the defensive unit and the team on attacking and defensive set-pieces including distribution and playing out from the back
• Executed pre-match routines, including dynamic warm-ups and shot-stopping drills
• Provided tactical in-game support and post-match debriefs
• Trained 3 times a week with matches on Sundays in the Scottish Women's Championship league
