I am a dedicated, hardworking team player, able to work independently and of my own volition. I was in a band for 10 years, playing bass, playing gigs and organising tours. I also managed and captained a 5 a side football team for 12 years at Trafford Soccer Dome (which is now unfortunately, now gone).
I have experience in many areas of customer service, people facing and problem solving as well as driving many vehicles including 15 tonne forklift trucks and 3.5 tonne vans, and carrying and lifting. In my spare time I enjoy cycling trips including the Trans Pennine Trail, camping and using initiative to solve issues on the trail (punctures, broken bike parts etc.)
I have worked in various service industry jobs, such as McDonalds and Tesco which has given me experience in dealing with almost any situation that may arise involving customers. In working at Servisair I also gained experience in logistics and paperwork.
I pride myself on punctuality and attendance, in fact I received an award at school for 100% attendance over the whole 5 years.
I have undertaken roles in the service sector, dealing with customers and dealing with any issues arising. I have a lot of experience in lifting/carrying in a warehouse situation and handling all the paperwork involved. I have worked with dangerous goods such as corrosive materials.
I have had the responsibility of securing freight for aircraft which done wrong could result in a crash. I am also responsible for getting paperwork correct both in a logistics and stock situation. In my current role I have responsibility as Marketing Manager which means that I liaise with customers and suppliers and line manage all other staff when the owner is not present.
My most recent education was my degree at UCLAN in which I received a 2:1. After that I have attended courses on forklift driving, van driving and first aid.
