Most recently I have been a Business Change Manager delivering major, business-wide change initiatives using industry recognised Change Methodologies (Prosci ADKAR). Prior to that I was a Project Manager, delivering process, efficiency and cost saving initiatives - both roles were for one of the BIG 4 Supermarkets.
I also have 20 years experience managing in stores for food and non-food retailers.
