Currently working as a Senior Manual QA Engineer for telephony billing software, previously a Manual QA and Applications Support for a large international company.
I have been with my current company for 2 years and have gained a great deal of knowledge and experience in this time. I am ISTQB (foundation) qualified and have worked on a number of projects within testing and support. I have a good working knowledge of Azure DevOps and Original Software as well as in-house systems in my current role. I am able to work with and communicate with people at various levels of the organisational hierarchy and excellent time management skills.
For the past 8 years I have worked in Quality Assurance as both manual & automation testing and prior this was in an Application Support role for 10 years
ISTQB Foundation and currently working on ISTQB certification for Test Automation Engineer and Technical Test Analyst
