Served as primary procurement specialist for the Economic Development team; became the highest internal user of the Bloom Procurement system (Organisation being 2nd nationally after the Met Police). Primarily across professional services which lead to a wide range of categories covered by the projects. Managed specialist environmental and ecological procurements, including the commissioning of bat surveys and biodiversity assessments required for council property developments, ensuring full compliance with wildlife protection legislation.
