Reason for leaving: My contract was with the Chef and he resigned after Christmas. Newton Green Golf Club Management decided to run things differently and therefore my contract was terminated.

• After reporting to the Chef, I collected food and beverages as well as hot water to make tea and coffee and took that to the Snack Shack on the golf course
• Sold cold the beverages and sandwiches as well making tea and coffee
• After each sale I made a note of the details of each customer so that the Manager could bill the customer
• Called the chef to order more when I was low on items to sell and then collected them by driving a golf buggy
