• Developed Octavia’s approach to tackling damp and mould, creating a machine learning model predicting risk and implementing policy processes with corresponding data management and reporting.
• Developed and implemented an ongoing programme of risk-based tenancy audits in response to a serious incident report, facilitating process design workshops and documenting and translating requirements for CRM case management and reporting changes. 
• Reviewed, produced recommendations, and implemented various cross functional process changes.

• Strengthened Peabody’s approach to customer engagement and community investment, developing new group wide strategies and 3-year roadmaps to drive cultural and operational changes. 
• Enhanced the teams internal consulting offer by creating continuous improvement methodologies for strategy, process, and policy development, and coaching and training junior team members on their use. 
• Developed robust priorities and objectives for Peabody’s 2021-24 Corporate Strategy with stakeholder buy-in, by leading staff and resident consultations. 
• Enabled Peabody’s board of directors to make informed decisions on significant issues by presenting analyses and recommendations, for example, modelling affordability of a rent increases for 55,000 tenants, based on external research on affordability, varying household financial situations and economic forecasts. 

Peabody – housing association Sep 2017 – Feb 2020

• Brought efficiency and clarity to cross departmental processes during merger with Family Mosaic, through requirements gathering and process redesign taking an agile approach in a complex environment of changing systems and restructures.
• Enhanced Peabody’s leasehold and shared ownership aftercare service through facilitating resident focus groups and consulting with private developers to provide Sales and Marketing with recommendations for improvement.
• Produced quarterly corporate strategy and KPI monitoring reports for Peabody’s Board of Directors.
• Led on integration of Asset Management, Finance and Housing Management policies during merger with Family Mosaic, analysing and implementing best practice from each organisation.
• Led Peabody in being one of the first housing associations to end the use of Fixed Term Tenancies (FTTs), advising and influencing Board level decisions and developing a business case. Lead the development of processes, systems and people changes to successfully convert c.6,000 FTTs within 18-month funding timescale.
• Advanced collaboration between housing and the NHS through a 260 resident randomised control trial, investigating the effectiveness of a community-based health intervention. 

M3 Consulting – real estate consultancy Feb 2015 – Nov 2016

• Gathered requirements and launched a new SQL database delivering improved financial reporting and data management of real estate developments, HR and staff ways of working.
• Established cost databases for all M3 development projects to analyse key project statistics.
• Created and implemented new project classification system.
