Chris Norton

A hardworking and reliable level 3 electrical installation Apprentice currently employed by Atlas Electrical and security since May 2023 while studying at JTL college. I am developing practical experience across commercial and industrial electrical installation, security systems and renewable technologies. Having previously worked in the hospitality industry I found myself progressing from an apprentice to a head chef, I bring strong team work, leadership, communication and time management to every project.

I am keen to continue developing my electrical knowledge and build a long term career within the industry.

Electrical Installation Apprentice - Atlas electrical and security

• Currently starting my year 3 electrical installation apprenticeship at JTL
• First year and half was a tower engineer for our wind and solar cctv towers, delivering them up and down the country
• Assisted with installing commercial electrical installation across variety of sites
• Assisted with installing lightning and socket circuits
• Installed and terminated structured data cabling and CCTV systems
• Assisted with solar pv on our cctv towers
• Supported and completed electrical rewires on hotels, apartments and restaurants refurbishments projects
• Gained practical experience on three phase installations
• Assisted with wiring and commissioning vehicle lifting ramps
• Holder of a valid Ipaf licence
• Full uk driving licence with flexibility to travel
• Follows BS &^&! Regs health and safety as part of a team
