I am currently employed full time by a Scottish charity while self studying with the AAT and CIMA. While working within my support role I have also carried out duties in the finance department to compliment my qualifications. I have also worked as Team leader for a service I have worked in to provide extra support and improve quality.
I am currently mastering Microsoft Excel and Excel expert and this stage of my qualification (AAT Advanced Diploma in Accounting). I self study and plan to progress onto the Professional Diploma in Accounting as well as finishing my Certificate with CIMA. I am extremely resilient and persistent in my efforts and I will continue to equip myself with knowledge and certification until I reach my desired role.
Writing risk assessments, support plans and create outcomes which are achievable.
· Coordinate fire drills, ensure all Health & Safety documents are kept up-to-date including risk assessments.
· Working with families, professionals and local authorities to ensure the right care is delivered.
· Making rotas ensuring support circumstances are accommodated
· Conducting monthly, quarterly and annual Finance audits
· Chairing and minute-taking team meetings
· Provide 24 hour care in the form of sleepover shifts
· Writing reports and documenting any incidents or accidents
· Manage challenging behaviour while keeping myself and others safe
· Perform daily cleaning tasks following infection control guidelines
· Cash handling and supporting people to work within a budget
· Act accordingly to solve complex mental health difficulties and provide support for emotional well-being

· Posting Journal entries and reversing journal entries
· Analysing and investigating discrepancies
· Analysing costs and gathering evidence
· Bank reconciliation
· Checking and posting imprests for care services
· Ensuring balances are up-to-date against nominal codes
· Communicating with managers to ensure deadlines are met
