Chris Price

I am an established and experienced musician who has started branching out in to private and peripatetic teaching. I specialise in brass instruments, especially Tuba.

I'm passionate about all types of music but brass music and brass playing has always been something I'm especially enthusiastic about.

Since my first year at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance I have been regularly performing wherever I can. In my 2nd and 3rd years this was affected by the COVID-19 Pandemic. Since things got back up and running I have performed on the Platinum Jubilee special of Songs of Praise and in the Lincolns Inn. I am currently doing a post-graduate diploma at Trinity Laban, studying Tuba with Leslie Neish.

I am employed by the XYZ Music Academy based in Aylesbury as the sole brass tutor and also teaching guitar.

I graduated with honours from Trinity Laban in July of 2022 with 2:1 (Upper Division).
