I started my career within Leaders as a Lister for the Nantwich branch, from my success there, I was asked to move to different branches that were struggling with listings; this required me to move to Northwich, Warrington, Crewe (within Crewe I also did sales listings) and then finally back to the Warrington branch as the Lettings Manager. As Lettings manager, it is my job to manage a team of 3 Negotiators and work alongside several other members within the sales and property management department. There are 6 KPIs that we need to achieve on a monthly basis, which we have a high record of achieving, with an overall percentage that is above 110% a month.

The biggest achievement we made was increasing our portfolio of Landlords by 62 in a single year, which was the highest in the company and a 20% increase for the branch. In 2026 I changed my role to Valuations Manager, where I covered Warrington, Chester and Crewe for the market valuations in lettings.
