Catering Assistant
I have over 15 years of experience working in a customer service setting, both in catering and retail. I have 5 years of supervisory experience in a busy Café/Restaurant at Wimbledon. I also have 3 years of Supervisory experience in Retail, working at ModelZone before they closed down.
During my time as a supervisor, I have had experience of stock ordering, managing stock levels, customer service and complaints, meeting sales targets and going the extra mile to provide the best service possible to our customers. I am passionate in everything that I do, and constantly put the customer first to ensure they have the best experience possible, so that they return time and again. I have had experience of managing staff rotas and organising staff training and development during my time as a supervisor at Wimbledon.
As part of my supervisory role, I had to ensure members of my team were all trained and compliant with Health and Safety Legislation and Food Hygiene Standards. I have knowledge of Microsoft IT packages, I am punctual, reliable, have good time keeping and an excellent phone manner.

Catering Supervisor - Open Academy Norwich

My duties included cooking and making hot and cold meals and desserts daily for four different schools. I have also had health and safety training, stock taking and cleaning. I had to liaise with the HR departments for all four schools to process numbers for food for the children.

I was in charge of staff rotas and training, processing orders and inputting onto the system, plus ordering over the phone/computer. I have also completed a Supervisor Passport Course and an Assistant Management course whilst working at Wimbledon. Before I left Wimbledon, I was in charge of 19 breakout areas for our clients based on site.
I had to maintain and clean all Franke Coffee Machines and clean all the breakout areas. I would be in touch with our clients on a daily basis to make sure all needs and requests were taken care of. I was also in charge of setting up meeting rooms and functions.
