Christine Adelusi

Senior DevOps / Platform Engineer with hands-on experience designing, building, and operating AWS-native platforms. Expertise in Terraform infrastructure as code, Jenkins CI/CD, Amazon ECS and EKS, Kubernetes GitOps with Argo CD, immutable AMI automation, observability, and disaster recovery. Brings a platform ownership mindset focused on secure delivery, reliability, scalability, and repeatable operations.

Senior DevOps / Platform Engineer - Kapstack

(2022)

• Designed a layered AWS platform separating Terraform bootstrap, infrastructure, and GitOps delivery to reduce blast radius and improve recovery.
• Built EKS infrastructure with Terraform, including VPCs, private subnets, IAM OIDC integration, RDS, EFS, and workload security boundaries.
• Implemented Argo CD delivery that reconciles declarative Kubernetes state while keeping direct production kubectl access out of Jenkins.
• Orchestrated environment-isolated Terraform workflows through Jenkins with AWS role assumption, approval controls, drift checks, and destroy safety gates.
• Created documented teardown, rebuild, backup, and recovery workflows for repeatable platform reconstruction without orphaned resources.
• Diagnosed Terraform state drift and lifecycle conflicts, and authored architecture diagrams, ADRs, runbooks, and onboarding documentation.

DevOps Engineer - Stack IT Solutions

(2018 - 2022)

• Designed and deployed an AWS ECS platform on EC2 with Terraform, including VPCs, subnets, ALB, Auto Scaling Groups, EFS, IAM, and CloudWatch logging.
• Built Jenkins pipelines that automated Packer AMI creation, Terraform provisioning, Docker image publishing to ECR, and ECS service deployment.
• Automated application delivery with Docker, ECS, EFS, and RDS using environment-specific configuration and reusable infrastructure modules.
• Managed Terraform state, imports, and refactoring; resolved IAM assume-role, ECS instance-registration, and pipeline execution failures.
• Implemented operational visibility with CloudWatch metrics, logs, alerts, and Grafana dashboards.
