Currently I lecture at further education within London area, in health and social care on level 3 courses such as BTEC and Gateway Access courses, on a part time basis but permanent contract .I want to focus on pastoral support in future as this is key to successful progression for students. My strength has been I developing safe and trusted relationships with students that enables me to empower them emotionally and psychologically to excel academically.
