- Ensure all signage, posters, and notices around the shop are attractive, engaging and noticeable to customers.
- Take photographs of the designated items that are to be sold online.
- Measure items and write a description of the item and then upload them onto the online selling platform.
- Assist with customer queries.
- Help keep the shop clean and tidy
- Assist in the stockroom with organising donations and moving donations onto the shop floor.
- Teaching Deaf Awareness in the shop to create an inclusive environment.

- Assisted with The Bentley planning event Liverpool Christmas, which included various organising responsibilities as well as helping with the food preparation.
