• Developed line lists, including one to improve auto-depressurisation of gas to LP flare pilot from B20 well annulus to enhance safety, production efficiency and reduce operating cost.
• Collaborated within a team to develop the A&T schedule to ensure alarms and trips alert operators and mitigate pressure deviations to prevent overpressure damage to the wells, liaising with ICSS to align set points with PCS to ensure effective detections and safeguards.
• Communicated within a team to develop the LO/LC valve register for the Scapa oil process to ensure selected valves are locked open to allow drainage of excess oil, and shutdown of the process upon detection of high-high liquid level to prevent overpressure hazards.
• Performed flare ignition and line sizing calculations using LHV and heat capacity values, leading to 10 & 10.6 kg/hr of fuel and propane gases vented out the flare pilots respectively at safe pressures, which depressurised the process to prevent overpressure hazards.
• Generated well-written Basis of Design and HP/LP reports, Operating Philosophies & Manuals to communicate design solutions to modify and enhance processes.
• Authored datasheets to fully aligned design specifications with procurement requirements to manufacture instruments that process fluids efficiently.
• Marked up P&IDs to add new details which are conveyed concisely to be accurately drafted.
